Skin problems with Dobermans?

I have this 2 yr old Dobe last year she started having Skin problems, her coloring and texture of skin has changed to look like an elephants. I have been to the vet constantly trying to help her. She has no allergies according to her test. She has had yeast infections off and on so that adds to the problem trying to get rid of that which we have been successful but it comes back. She is loosing her hair everywhere. She is on Steroids and Antibiotic but that doesn’t seem to help much. It just keeps getting worse and now she is cracked and bleeding. Any suggestions on how I can help her please

Since we moved from a 9th floor condo to a house with a giant yard her skin has gotten 100 times worse. We did have a small flea outbreak but I keep them away with frontline once a month. But still the poor girl is scratching almost 50% of the time when she is awake. She has horrible scabs around her neck and around her tail and her back is incredibly sensitive to the touch.
I want to add that she is my only pet with this terrible problem. I hate to see my darling suffer, has anyone had any success with relieving skin problems? We feed her NutroMax dry food. I would like to try to stay away from shots at the vet and try to get to the root of the problem.
I have a skin problem; anyone know what it might mean?

Everyday, I am miserable from the itching, and when I scratch or rub it, it hurts. I’ve tried Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Healing lotion and it hasn’t helped either.

Red bump forms in my face in less than 1 minute? Is it allergies or skin problem?

He keeps on getting an inflamed legs ,the vet said it was due to allergies,he gave him some medicine for allergies and shampoo ,i just wondered if there is anything we can give him either natural or otherwise to help him stop scratching.we have changed him to a new food that is natural and has no preservatives call james wellbeloved.
