why do i get stomach problems with the apples skin?

i know for sure that my stomach reacts with it because i took the skin off today and nothing happened, then i tried the apple with the skin and the stomach discomfort started.

I have a rough patch of skin on my neck its not very bumpy but its smooth. Also it doesn’t or anything its just there, but it kinda feels leathery and rough.
