facial skin problems? please help?

5 rough patchy skin i moisturize alot but it doesnt last very long got ideas maybe home remidies that would make my sking glow and look great
4occasional pimples i dont get them very much but when i do they are huge! how can i reduce the appearence or get rid of those fast
3 dark circles under eyes had em 4ever how can i reduce their appearence
2 blackheads in the sking on my nose, tried everything how can i get them gone for good w/o a facial or anything like that?
1 Small bumps all over my face very small and u cant feel em but they dont go away not even wen i exfoliate

My skin’s oily, I get blackheads and pimples. It’s only on the left side of my forehead and there are a few on my hairline and in my hair.
Im using “Clean and Clear; Daily cleanser” but it does nothing. Can you recommend a face wash or a good way to make them less worse?

Proactive skin care vs. something else for blackheads? Which should I use?
