Skin problems on hands and feet?

I am a 36 y/o white male, a couple of months ago I noticed spots on the tops of my feet that looked kind of like bug bites. The only thing is they didn’t itch, hurt or cause any discomfort. Then they started to peel and I noticed they were almost like a blister that was flush with the skin. Recently the have started to appear on my hands. Any help or something to try would be appreciated.

I keep getting bites on my legs. Sometimes it stays small and it seems like there’s blister fluid underneath which i can squeeze out. But sometimes the area gets swollen and turns red and they itch like crazy and i can squeeze out the fluids still. Does anyone know what this can be?, if so thank you!
