Pregnancy and skin problems?

Hi I am 9 weeks pregnant, and my skin has always been very sensitive, and since been pregnant I pretty much react to everything. I have spots on my arms that are red dry patches of skin, not sure whats causing them. My skin has also become very dry. But my main problem is on my tummy I have this one spot that is very itchy and slightly drier than the surrounding area with redness like broken blood vessels around it.
Anyone know what it is or how to manage it?
I don’t use makeup, and I only use a moisturiser on my face. I have never used an all body moisturiser though.
