What kind of skin problem could my blue pitbull have?

It seems to be getting more severe, where her coat is white you can see that her skin is very pink, and she has red bumps and some possible lesions mostly on her tummy and chest area. I read that it could be allergies from foods or chemicals, but I’m worried that it may be something more.
