DERMACTON for dogs with skin problems?

Has anyone tried the cream or spray Dermacton for your dog with skin problems? I know you can only get it from the UK, of course the website says it really works, but I wanted to see if anyone has tried it for their fur babies. Also, what kind of shampoo do you use for your dog with skin allergies? I have tried all kinds like oatmeal and sulfadene and hypo-allergenic, but looking to see if there is something better out there. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to answer!
