skin problems.need help?

i am having quite alot of skin problems on my hands,arms,back,chest,body,thigh and legs…they are like little small kinda like red n white dots….most of them are on arms,back and legs…can they be treated by seeing a dermatologist?
i have went to see dermatologist but they said its nothing serious…but dont have meds for me to cure it…they always give me some lotion to apply on them but it dosent helps…

After dying after 5 to 6 hours heavy itching starts and in the skin dedish dots comes ear back also itching. There must be some simple solution to solve this problem. Very good contributing docter will suggest the technique of appling such dyes. Iam confident God will help me through some beautiful heart.
