skin problems with shih tzu?

I woke up this morning to feed them and I saw this big bald spot on her head. I looked for signs of flaky or scaly skin or whatever and her skin looks fine (pinkish color). I did notice some very small white pimple like spots near her eyes (both eyes). She acts normal and doesn’t seem to know that she has a bald spot on her head.
