My cat goes outside only during summer (we have a flea medicine we give him) and recently I have noticed that on his back legs on his inner thigh there is like a bald dry patch of skin. They are on both sides and on his ankles. Some of them are kind of red and one even had a little blood. Is this something serious or will it pass?
