help skin-nose problem! how to cure and what is wrong with me?

for some reason i woke up one morning and felt my nose really itchy..so teenage instinct-scratch.. after a few days found i was scratching off dead skin..its to the side and bottom of the nose..horrible dead skin.. then i continue scratch n it goes n then later during the day theres more dead skin..ENDLESS deadskin that appears after every scratch.. i tried applying moisturiser but it only works for about an hour..
n now my nose n its surrounding has dead skin, some wont come off, its building up n kinda looks like some weird scar..its brownish skin colour.. it wont leave..!
what kind of skin problem do i have?
i never had this before!!!
is it stress or something?

Ok, so I had a bunch of pimples near my right eyebrow and I made a horrible mistake and popped some of them and played with them, they weren’t that bad this morning but I think I just made it worse and now it’s really red and I don’t know what to do. I’m freaking out, will these pimples heal in a few days or do I have to go to a doctor? aaah..its freaking me out.
