I always get itchy, but lately my wrists have started to really badly itch! When i do itch it, i do for a good few minutes and then when i stop and look at it, i have this bright red kind of rash that has bumps all over it.

Also, i have really bad eczema in the middle of my arms, where the elbow is but on the other side and right at the top of my legs on the inside, ive tried cream which does work but after a while it gets itchy again D: anyone know any good sources?
