I have a really bad problem with my skin?

My skin is really acting weird. The skin on my jaw,forhead and the side of my left eye have been flaking off. What should I do? I dont even know what it is. I have been using cleasers and then I started using oliveoil. Ollive oil helped somewhat and then it jjust feels like my skin absorbed all the oil because when I feel it again ten minutes later it feels dry and flaky. I need your help.
