Skin problems?! How do I get rid Of the redness?

I’m going crazy with how changeable my skin is. It can change dramatically in just a couple of hours, even less. Go very pale, freckles come right out, dry skin (like all moisture been sucked out). Also get eczema like problem behind ears, and flakey skin on inside of nose. I had v good skin before taking tetracycline for acne as teenager. Was kept on this for good few years until put onto roaccuatane which knocked me for six. Finished that in early 20’s and now 31. Just can’t believe how changeable my skin is from one day to next. Sometimes looks fine with good colour etc but other times look really unwell. Overall health is good, i’m slim and quite fit. I’m convinced food is the contributing factor but can’t work it out as have tried eliminating all sorts and diet is very healthy. My most recent theory is that the tetracycline has had effect on my digestion of food? Only because I have read a few things about this on internet? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
