my pug x chiaua has skin problems and nothing seems to make it better?

it started after about two weeks after having her, a scab appeared on her head and then it spread to all over her head and then her fur started to fall out on the top of her head. after a short while it spread to her front and back legs and her tail. it has grown back on her head now but is still hasn’t on her legs or tail, which are scabby now and it looks horrible. we have been to the vets so many times and spent so much money doing so. shes had skin scrapings, treated for mites, fleas, many injections, has been on antibiotics for months, and we have a special shampoo that we have to wash her with once a week. her fur grew back pretty much completely once but then fell out on her back legs and tail again. nothing seems to help and i wondered if anyone else’s dogs have had any problems like this and what they did to help it.
she is on a mixture of wet and dry food not really a set brand it changes

My newly adopted kitten going on 9 weeks old has ben itchy and ben scratching and loss of fur looks like eczema. He has been all over me and playing and scratching me also. Since then I been itchy and the areas are now seen with red bumps everywhere and it looks like it’s spreading can this be from my kitten, and also any cure non-wet related to help my baby?

My dog does have a flea allergy, he has to get frontline and coritisone injections each year, but usually the only reaction he has from the fleas is he digs a hole in his hip, thats usually how we know it’s time to get him started on the meds. And I know we should take him to the vet, and we will, but the last time we took him in for a very substantail weight loss, the doc pretty much seemed to brush it off as him getting older and said to limit his protein, and now, not much later this is happening, don’t know if I might need to find a new vet. It’s common sense he needs to see a vet, was just hoping someone on here might have some answers or ideas for us.
