Does medicare cover laser surgery for severe skin problems due to chemical burn home related?

I am 29 now. When I was younger I had an accident with an at home product that burned my skin and made it continuously react badly. I have acne like skin problems. It stays sore, burning feeling, and I have never had the money to pay for laser surgery to fix it. It covers my entire arm..both of them and my chest.
