Does anyone know how I can fix this skin problem?

I (personally think) I have bad skin.
I have oily skin but I’m on medication for acne.

But also, the pores on my nose and cheeks are pretty noticeable. Are they dirty? What can I do to make them less noticeable?
Oh; and I’m also very fair skinned if that has any say.
My meds are both pills and cream by a dr.
i don’t know if my pore problem is a result, I might just not of noticed them b.c I spend more time looking in the mirror in the morning

Thanks everyone I will try switching food, I did switch brands but now that I looked at the ingredience it has all the bad stuff, chicken, corn, wheat…. I didn’t know that might have been the cause.
