I have a bad skin problem all over my body. What do I do?

thank you for all of your answers, but i dont have money for a dermatologist, and i’ve had it for the last six years. My mother’s a nutritionist, and has tried everything to help, but we just dont know what to do.

Do you think that most dermatologist make-up problem about your skin to make more money?

I used to have perfect skin and my derm still found all of these problems with my skin and then she prescribed me medication that made my skin dry and flaky.

i use the wave, and that used to be good for every day cleaning but now it doesnt seem to fix the damage.
but my major problem is i cant use facewashes with harsh chemicals like proactive or any actualy ACNE washes.and i dont have the time for multiple step systems.

I never use heat on my hair, no straightening, no blow drying, no curlers.
I already have a dermatologist recommended medicine I use. It’s called Differin.
Is it normal to randomly break out even if I take super good care of my skin?

They are excellent and I love them, the best that works with me but because of this I might stay with little money for other things like classes, electronics and so on…Is it good, obsessive wrong or a distortion view of what is the best for myself?
