Can HIV cause skin rashes or skin problems? What if I’m too scared to be tested?

I’ve been having lots of problems with MRSA skin infections mainly from follicuitis (infected hair follicules). Now, I’ve been getting strange rashes. I’ve a bunch of itchy bumps running up my whole side. I’m scared I may have HIV and I’ll only know if I am tested. I am in a very high risk category being an ex-intraveneous drug user along with having unprotected sex with multiple partners in the past. I’m just too scared to be tested!!! Please help me with any information!
