Westie Skin Problems?

1. first off my complexion is dark(wheatish complexion)
2. then i have blackheads over my nose and my chin. they almost go away when i do clean up in a parlour but come back in 2 days.
3. then i have HIDEOUS DARK CIRCLES!!!! thats the biggest problem that i have. i have nice features and my complexion n black heads also dont create much problem but my dark circles make me look really ugly!!!!!

i am a 16 year old girl with these problems. my friends say that i have a very nice personality but due to my appearance boys dont usually ask me out!!! now that is a very frustrating thing isnt it!!! so plz plz plzz help me out with whatever knowledge you have as to any of the above mentioned problems of mine!!!
