Anybody knows natural remedies for skin problems?

Our non-neutered Pom pees our Pom that is. The second dog has TERRIBLE skin problems. What should we do?

The second dog has, ongoing, serious skin problems. We wash him with a medicated shampoo, but that only freshens him up for a little while. I should probably get some Vet RX for him.
