What’s up with this new skin problem?

I’ve never had anything more than mild acne, and only around my period. Recently, I started noticing tiny, hard bumps on my forehead. Just a few of them are red, most of them you can only feel and not see. Some do seem like blackheads. They’re kind of sore, and are becoming more noticeable.
What do you think it might be??
And what can I do to get rid of them?

technically she is still with her mother, my mom has the mother and she is still nursing and just now starting food but she is mine to take home once she is weaned!!!! so enough about her being to young to be taken away from her mother because really that isnt the point

Is there any new effective way of treating keloid skin problem, beside alloderm in plant?
