Can anybody please help me with 2 face skin problems?

I have 2 skin face problems. One is I have been suffering from spots about 11 month ago, due to stress (as I broke my ankle). They are on my forehead and are starting to come through on my chin and around my mouth area. Can any body help me on how I can get rid of them or make them less red. I have more on my forehead, but not a lot. Also, number 2 is that I have freckles on my noes, and some on my cheeks. I would like to get rid of them, or at least make them fade.
