I’ve tried some face washes but they don’t last through out the day. Does any body know something I can do that works to fiz this problem?

my teenage nephew is around 13-15 and came to me about skin problems. she has pimples on different areas of her face and 2 marks from popping pimples. she would like to get rid of this before school starts again. my nephew has fairly oily skin, and i am wondering how she can get this fixed before her schoolyear begins. She says she wants a clean and clear fresh face for school. i dont know much about this so please help! thanks
