Shamoo for my dog with skin problems?

my dad’s dog is a pekingese… and she has major skin problems…she chews her hair off, has dry skin and it has now moved from her back to her paws and ears and she is like ripping herself apart…my parent’s have tried olive oil shampoo, baby shampoo, shampoo from the vet and it is just getting worse…are there any shampoo’s that have like no perfume or dye’s or anything…that we can get at like Walmart or like Pet-Smart or maybe online?? or maybe it just has nothing to do with this..anyone can relate? The vet said there is like nothing to do…these pills for itch he gave didn’t help either… we are all dumb struck…..
he has tried Oatmeal shampoo, i think he is going to take her to another vet if he can’t find a good shampoo
she gets many baths maybe 2 or 3 a week…she chews so much that she smells…
she eats Pedigree healthy balance i think… it has veggies and crap in it

What can I do about this skin problem?

I (personally think) I have bad skin.
I have oily skin but I’m on medication for acne.

But also, the pores on my nose and cheeks are pretty noticeable. Are they dirty? What can I do to make them less noticeable?
Oh; and I’m also very fair skinned if that has any say.
My meds are both pills and cream by a dr.
i don’t know if my pore problem is a result, I might just not of noticed them b.c I spend more time looking in the mirror in the morning
I have a skin problem, its acne. What do you think could work to treat it more efficiently and faster?
