Major Blackhead problem needs some skin treatment advice?

Is it possible for an acne to turn into another skin problem?

I use tea tree oil because it works well to make them shrink…but then i wear my bare minerals make up and they just get bad again. But I cant stop wearing makeup. Any ideas?
