What kind of allergic skin disorder is this?

I started having a weird skin problem 4 years ago. I started getting these weird oozing pimple-like things on my forehead and back that would form into little skin ulcers that ooze and hurt. They are about the size of pimples, but they’re not pussy in the way pimples are and they take a long time to heal. I rarely get pimples on my face or anywhere else. My golden retriever has had skin problems before but they went away with her allergy medicine. but in the last day she all of a sudden has two spots on either side of her face under her ears that are perfect circles. They’re really irritated and pussy and there might be some hair loss. At first I thought it was tree sap but when ive tried to clean it up she flinches when barely even touch it. She has started to itch the spots with her foot are there glands there or what is causing it to be wet?
