has anyone you know ever had skin problems through smoking cannabis i.e rash,itch,fluid build up?

Also, he said I should keep my showers very short because if I sit there (which I do) I’m only drying my skin and that’s why the rash is coming up. Another thing he said is to buy Aveeno body lotion and apply that to my arms before I go to sleep so my skin can soak it better…
Lastly, he said I should start consuming LOTS of antioxidantss. What foods have the most antioxidants? Are there things that are better than others? Is there a reason why he wouldn’t prescribe medication instead of this crazy recipe? Have you ever tried this? If so, did it work? Any other comments or suggestions?
