Skin problems with my filly?
drsj_coach_sara asked:
One of my weanlings is getting small scabs on the top of her bum and along her back. You can’t see them unless you feel them and when I pull them off there is a white/yellowish puss underneath. They aren’t sore and the other two weanlings she is out with don’t have them so I know it isn’t ring worm…any suggestions?
It’s not rain rot! She is inside unless it is nice out.

What kind of skin problem could my blue pitbull have?
Vick asked:
She’s a two year old blue pit bull, and lately she’s been itching and biting and licking herself constanly. It seems to be getting more severe, where her coat is white you can see that her skin is very pink, and she has red bumps and some possible lesions mostly on her tummy and chest area. She has a red rash under her front legs that sort of look like scabs, and she bites at her feet until they’re blood red, and around and under her mouth is very pink. I read that it could be allergies from foods or chemicals, but I’m worried that it may be something more.

What should I do for my cats skin problems?
tarala7 asked:
My cat licks and bites his back constantly and it causes him to have scabs. When they start to heal they must itch because he will bite and lick them, therefore they never have a chance to heal. I’ve tried to put neosporin on them and I’ve even bought special food and treats that are made for skin health. Still I have no luck. What should I do?

Skin problems with my horse?
riley! asked:
My horse has scabs on his hocks, it looks like extremely dry skin. The one on his left leg however is starting to form into a cut. We’ve been using bag balm on it and it doesn’t seem to be working, he is susceptible to skin problems and has had fungus on his tail and mane before, but that is now cleared up. Does anyone know what this could be and a way to treat it?
Thanks!

My friend has problems with his skin.He doesn’t get spots, but more like small, red sacbby sores? What is it?
psych0delicate asked:
They aren’t greasy pussy spots (sorry to be so graphic, lol) but more like scabs/sores. He cleans his skin very often (not TOO often) but doesnt use alot of skin products as they tend to make his skin worse/he gets allergic reactions. What are these sores?

Dog has skin problem with hair loss?
laundromatic asked:
My dog has a skin problem on her back just before her tail and now spreading down the tail, and looks to be forming on the insides of the legs too. The skin is red and brown, some scabs, and some puffy/raised sores. The hair is thinning in these areas and where it has grown back it is short and coarse. It is very itchy and she bites at it and rolls on her back. This happened around the same time last year then went away. But its way worse this time and shes going to the vet, just wondering what disease or parasite this is?

Which bedding is best for my rat that has skin problems?
•♥Rat a holic♥• asked:
My dumbo rat, Bonnie, gets sores and scabs and is always scratching herself. So I found online what to do, and one suggestion is to change their bedding. What’s a good bedding to change to that doesn’t normally give off allergic reactions? I currently use “Carefresh Colors”, I think it’s called. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!!
Tori- does Carefresh give off dust which can cause allergic reaction? is wood shavings okay?
