My dachshund has a problem withe here skin getting really scaly, we talked to the vet, and wash here with a special shampoo, but it dosen’t help, she still bites till she makes scabs. She is ten years old, and has always had this problem. Any suggestions on making her more comfortable. She also bites her toe nails.

My mother has skin problems on her head. She itches a lot, it and it has white skin. What can she do to help?

I feed her calafornia natural, it seems to be the food that reacts the least to her skin. But she is still flakey, stinky and very irritated. I dont knoe what to do anymore….I feel terrible for her. I wash her is special shampoo that the vet gave me once a week. I dont want to make it worse by washing her too much. Any one cured there sharpei’s skin condition?

I have always used Johnson and Johnson for my 4.5 month old son. I know there are better products, so I’d like to hear what you think it’s the best? Not that I am not liking what I’m using now, but I would like to switch…to something better.
