is there an underlying cause to chronic skin problems?

ever since i was young i have battled all sorts of skin problems. these include long- term moderate acne, flaking, dryness, excessive oiliness, unusual amount of moles, skin craters, cysts, discolorations, follicultis, etc.

i have battled this stuff my whole life and it never seems to cease. i dont understand where its coming from, nor how to stop it. i cant get through to anyone, even doctors, that all these things are not normal, especially when they are relentless and chronic.
what do i do??? am i crazy??? or is this normal?
