Why the sudden problems with my skin?

My skin is normally smooth and free of blemishes. But for some reason, lately I’ve been getting these little red spots on my face. They’re kind of like pimples, but not as big, and when I put pimple cream on them, it just dries them out and makes them redder. I also have some little tiny bumps on the side of my nose that weren’t there before.

I haven’t used any new products, and my diet has stayed the same, for the most part. So what could be causing these skin problems? And how can I fix it?
I eat very healthy, so it can’t be caused by a poor diet.
