Can you help with rabbits skin problem?

Hi can anyone help with my rabbits skin problem? It started off that he had whats like human dandruff . I treated it with a lotion for ticks and fleas but it only lasted 3 weeks and it came back.I repeated the treatment and it’s cleared again. Now he has a bald patch about 4 inches long and i saw him biting his side and think he is pulling his fur out by himself. Thank you everyone, I took the rabbit to the vet and it is mites. He was prescribed zeno 450 2 pipplets were applied to the back of his neck and spine this is to be repeated twice more fortnightly. I would advise anyone with the similar problem to try and buy the pipplets over the counter if it’s possible as my vet earned £45.00 for a 2 minute cosultation!!! Thats a potential whopping £1350.00 an hour!!!
