Bad Skin Problems, PLEASE HELP?

Hi, so ever since i turned about 16/17 I’ve had bad skin problems, first it was just a few spots on the face, then the back, arms and chest, then blackheads came, I tried to squeeze out the blackheads, it really hurt then that got infected and left loads of red marks and scars i think, i still get loads of spots mostly whiteheads on my face then blackheads everywhere else, and not to mentions the red mark each and every spot leaves, also my skin is really sensitive so i cant use the spot fighting products because they all contain stuff that make my face burn, dry out and go even more red. Please help I dunno what I need, a tinted moisturiser to help hide the marks? a good facewash? scar treatments? blackhead treatments? I’m so so confused an i am now 19 and just want to try and end this. Also i’m on oxytetracyaline as i did got to the doctors but this stuff seems to do nothin and i’ve been on it for 6 months.
