Can using too much laundry detergent cause skin problems?

I have bumps all over my body and sometimes they are itchy. Dertmatologists aren’t too sure what they are and I’ve tried different perscription and over the counter products for acne, scabies, staph infections, etc… I tend to use a lot of Tide (2-3 caps full ) and I don’t think it rinses out well becaue I think that the more you use, the cleaner your clothes get.
