Please help! skin problems, how do i clear acne and hair?

Also, I get minor acne on my chest and upper back. PLEASE HELP. I dont know how to get rid of it fast. I want it gone for good so that I can wear a swimsuit and not feel self-conscious. Is there a product that works? A natural remedy? What do I do?
