Anybody out there with a pug that has skin problems?

I’ve changed vets many times, but I try to trust the current one. They say that it will never really be cured. I cannot take it when she needs injections and antibiotics every other month. Someone told me about omega 3. Will it really help her and what about NZymes? I will do anything to help my baby feel better. Pug owners please help with suggestions.
