Skin problems please help. Is there anyone who are a dermatologist?

I have acne but this has improved since I cut out dairy. However I have this reoccuring problem where I will use a product and then it will after about three months get really oily like all the oil is coming out of my skin and then get really dry so I can barely smile and then small spots get trapped under the skin it takes about two months to go and I have to wah my face in salty water. I use an exfoliating cloth is this making it worse. I think I might to allergic to essnetial oil. What do people recommend I do not like chemical products I always but natural products. Do I have a skin infection should I go to the doctor?
