Is it normal during pregnancy to have skin problems?

It started with what looks like a pimple but extra skin on my vagina, on the outer skin. Out of nowhere, six or several showed up and its scaring me… it this normal? Or do I have something to worry about? It never happened before I was pregnant and Im five months, I know the baby’s ok it moves so much!
