Does anyone have any remedies for the genetic Fawn Doberman skin problems?

My mom’s dobie just had puppies, and I picked the runt of the litter who had trouble nursing and bottle fed him to keep him alive, so I decided to keep him for myself. He happens to be Fawn (Isabella) colored, named Jasper. He’s a little over three weeks old and already showing signs of having the bumps and flakey skin. I know there isn’t a cure for the skin condition, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make the bumps go away, and keep his coat from getting wirey and falling out??
