What can i get for my dog’s skin problem?

I just took my dog to the vet today, and she has a skin allergy from the fleas biting her. We put flea medication on now, but from where they were irritating her, her fur is gone and extremely raw. The vet didn’t give a specific type of anything to put on it, but i was wondering if anyone knew of something, thanks!

You can give her a bath with oatmeal shampoo - it’s soothing to the skin. Do not bathe more than once a month - it will dry out her skin and only irritate the situation. Pom♥Mom Spay & Neuter!! Ni4Ni
Did the vet give any kind of cortisone shot to stop the allergic reaction? Sometimes just getting rid of the fleas is not enough to stop the chain of events of allergic dermatitis. You could get a cortisone cream to soothe the itchiness still in the skin. TK
