    Avoid over processed foods. Try not to intake too much sodium, this makes your face puffy. You want to make sure to stay hydrated. Water will quench your thirst easily. Try to go for around 8 cups a day. Eat GOOD oils/fats, like omega-3(fish), monosaturated fat(from nuts and olive oil, canola oil) so your face stays clear. You also should take vitamin E and A(carrots, spinach, broccoli) so your face is healthy.

    Also, sweating helps. It opens your pores.
