I have greasy hair - so I wash it every day.
I have eczema - I used to use cream from the doctor (for about 20 years), but don’t bother anymore.
I always have spots around my chin + I just pick them! Neda
My hair is very thick and difficult to comb out after I wash it. I have to use a ton of really good conditioner, detangler solution and a Mason Pearson detangler brush to get through it without wearing myself out just from the detangling session. Washing and conditioning it takes a very long time too. I always let it dry naturally over-night because it takes forever to dry as well. It’s a lot of maintenance. breathe
i wash my face with apricot scub in the shower so i never forget. then i use and astringent (rubbing alcohol will do) and then a medicated face moisturizer m-shay-la

i used to have oily skin and acne, also my hair was very greasy. I went to a doctor and he prescribed me roaccutane.
That was the best thing ever. I took it for a about 6 months and now my skin is perfect and I don`t have greasy hair. Claudia C
I have terrible eczema ( itchy, dry skin condition). I have to apply hydrocortisone cream everyday. Proud 2 be Blond
I have pretty bad acne, some days it’s bad and some it’s pretty clear, but in general it’s always there. I use pro-activ at night (if I did it every night, properly, I wouldn’t have such a bad acne problem) and then I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub in the morning to exfoliate my face and get the benzoyl peroxide off my face before I go under the hot Florida sun. I use mineral make-up on my face during the day. This all works really well.
If I don’t wash my hair every day, i develop bad dandruff. I hate it, but sometimes I just brush it out instead of washing it EVERYYY morning, it gets very tiring and tedious, especially because my hair is sooo long. I’ve used head and shoulders, but it dries my hair out. I prefer herbal essences! Also, garnier fructise sleek & shine oil stuff (I forget what it’s called) but it comes in a little round bottle with a pump at the top — I use that in my hair right before I blow dry it to make it softer, shinier, and less frizzy.
Hope that helped! Liana
I dont really have any acne at all, but i do get the occasional breakout 1 week before my period, i find that proactiv really helps!! Karalee
