    Biotin is most likely what you are deficient in. However, you could be deficient in zinc and niacin too.

    Don’t go taking a bunch of that stuff in supplement form. To much of that stuff can cause more problems then not having enough.

    Try eating more fruits and vegetables with those nutrients. That’s the best way to go.

    You may want to consider that you could possibly have a fungal infection causing the dermatitis. Stop eating sugar and carbohydrates and take a strong probiotic. Oil of oregano is also an antifungal. Try investigating candida and its effects. Go to Know-The-Cause website with Doug Kaufmann for some interesting information.
