The obvious thing to look for with skin problems is vitamin C. More fruit and veg. Vitamin C deficiency was identifies as the cause of scurvy, a skin problem, centuries ago.
no it sucks i have the same thing the only you can do is keep your skin clean exsersise and eat right and just try to keep up a heathly life style oh and lots and lots of sunlight vitiman D is really important for your skin
Vitamin B, Mostly Zinc. Try eating some brazil nuts and wash your face 2 times everyday with an organic natural face scrub that does not have more than 10 ingredients that you can not pronounce.
dermatitis is usually caused by chemical exposure (detergents, soaps, fragrance, ETC.) omega 3’s may help with dry skin, but i doubt you are “deficient”.

yes fish oil helps as does MSM and vitamin E. You could also have elevated blood sugars, they can wreck havoc with your skin.
dermatitis isn’t caused by a vitamin deficiency, its caused by an allergic reaction to something like a reaction to laundry detergent, or soap…..
