What’s up with this new skin problem?

I’ve never had anything more than mild acne, and only around my period. Recently, I started noticing tiny, hard bumps on my forehead. Just a few of them are red, most of them you can only feel and not see. Some do seem like blackheads. They’re kind of sore, and are becoming more noticeable.
What do you think it might be??
And what can I do to get rid of them?
