Nutrition is essential to good skin. Skin problems are almost always linked to a larger problem, and they’re almost always less severe in dogs who are well nourished. antoinette
Having known many dogs that lick all the time, I can tell you that they’ve never done me any harm.
Obviously, if your dog pinned you down and licked you for hours and hours, it would probably make your skin sore, but other than that, I wouldn’t worry.

If you’re really worried about it though, you could always wash your face after a licking session!
