There are several skin problems.
an excellent source is Webmd.com It lists all typical skin disease from hand and foot mouth disease to atopic dermatitis. Good Luck. Call your ped, if you need an opinion.
google it look under images, you need to have a rough idea of what to look for though. If you put something like baby rashes or childhood rashes you should get some results. I had to do this as well.
You didn’t actually give enough information as to what it looks like. Rash, etc.
