Would dry skin cause problems in the future?
Lasevoloo VindalooI asked:
I live in a dry place. I also take shower twice a day. I do not put lotion on my back. Therefore my back is always so dry. Whenever I touch my back, I can feel the roughness, it’s really rough feeling, like touching rough paper, and when I put lotion, it goes away. Would it cause health problems in the future? Like would it get developed into a skin disease?

If you live in a dry climate and shower twice a day, you should definitely use lotion all over. Dry skin my just cause itching right now, but later it can cause premature wrinkling.
It’s always best to keep your skin moist so that it doesn’t dry out. Dry skin can turn into dry, cracked, bleeding skin and dry skin can also cause wrinkles. However, I’ve never heard of dry skin turning into a skin disease or causing any health problems.
Perhaps you should consider using a moisturizer on your back daily. Apparently your skin needs it.
